Peer-review time significantly shorter in 2020

Over the past year, we significantly improved the peer-review time. The average time from submission to first decision was 30 days in 2019, while it was 19 days in 2020. The average time from acceptance to advanced online publication was 5 days in 2019, while it was 3 days in 2020.
